EP ajánló: Oleg Nych - Palmyra

Aki figyelemmel kíséri a Stellar Fountain ténykedését az nagyjából képben van a kiadó utolsó dobásával kapcsolatban, ami Adam Byrd deep-ben utazó 'Just Believe' EP-je volt. Ezúttal progressive vizekre evezünk némi tech-es beütéssel megfűszerezve. A belorusz Oleg Nych már nem tartozik az elsőáldozók közé produceri fronton, hiszen az orosz Tip D'Oris-szal közösen, illetve egyedül is elég kellemes megjelenéseket produkált már. A mostani 'Palmyra' az előbb említett Tip révén jutott el hozzánk. Próba szerencse alapon egy saját remixszel megtoldva jött a pakk, amire különlegessége miatt lecsaptunk.
Az original mix egy hosszan hömpölygő, epikus szerzemény, teli érzelemmel. A kiállásban kelet-európai ízt idéző női dúdolással indul meg az intenzív libabőrözés, ami ki is tart a végéig. Tip D'Oris egyértelműen a kluboknak kedveskedik karakteresebb átiratával, ami valamilyen szinten őrültnek, s egyben agresszívnak mondható. Erre el tudom képzelni, hogy a tömeg nem gyengén beindul egy bulin! A plusz egy remixer kiválasztásakor nem is volt kérdéses, hogy az angol Suggy lesz a befutó, aki nulla beatport follower-rel az egyik legjobb eladást produkálta a kiadónál, természetesen az általa képviselt igényes és egyedi hangzás miatt. Itt is kitett magért Matt, remixe az 'Apollo Creed' EP-n helyet kapó 'Abstract Dreaming'-re hasonlít. A sub-szekció dolgozik rendesen, a melódiaáradat pedig egy percre sem hagyja lankadni az ember figyelmét.

Grey vendégmixe a Morphosis Records Show-ban

East Cafe felkérésére a májusi 'Morphosis Records Show'-ban vendégeskedtem a Pure.FM-en, s próbáltam hozzátenni hangulatilag és zeneileg az East Cafe-Relief-Omauha trió produkciójához.
Egy remek deep zenével startolunk eSWuA révén ('Wind'), amit gyors egymásutánban két, a Particles égisze alatt megjelent produkció ('Wanderlust', 'Fusion') követ mégpedig a minőségi prog hangzás jegyében. Kicsit a techno felé orientálódunk Greenville Massive 'Box'-szával, majd a dark atmoszférába is belekóstolunk Andy Arias 'Sugar'-jával. Az odacsapós muzsikákra egészen eddig kellett várni, itt előbb Rikesto produkál átlagon felülit Nick Varon eredetijéből, majd Luis Junior 'Deep Dip'-je tartja meg a feszes tempót. Az elmúlt időszak egyik legegyenletesebben teljesítő producere az angol Scotty.A Mike Griego 'In That Moment'-jét is ügyesen ráncba szedte. A végére is marad izgalom, hiszen előbb Petar Dundov januárban megjelent dallamos techno remixe érkezik Matt Star & LOCKE 'Gaucho'-jából, majd Diego Poblets 'Parallels & Meridians' Lank féle átiratban duruzsolva kedveskedik nekünk.
